Mgr. Marie Pastyříková, LL.M.
Mgr. Marie Pastyříková has been employed by Advokátní kancelář Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. since 2016, first as a legal assistant, since 2018, as a trainee attorney-at-law and since 2021 as attorney-at-law; she is currently a member of the Private Law and Receivables Team.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University Olomouc in 2018 and has been registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 19952 since 2021.
She specializes in the area of contract law, civil law and civil procedure. She primarily provides legal services in the areas of obligations, real estate law and dispute resolution. As part of her practice, she handles disputes concerning unjust enrichment claims, contractual claims, damages claims and restitution matters (including church restitutions).
