JUDr. Martin Flaškár

JUDr. Martin Flaškár has been with Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba since 2026, where he heads the firm’s Public Law Team.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2008. He has been registered as an attorney with the Czech Bar Association since 2012 under registration number 14108.

In his legal practice, he primarily focuses on legal advisory in the areas of public procurement, ICT law, copyright law, transport and logistics, personal data protection, and state aid.
